Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order with 2mm Studio, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available in inventory but will be produced and delivered within the stated timeline.
- Exclusive Offer: All pre-orders enjoy a 5% discount off the regular price.
- Full Payment Required: Pre-orders must be paid in full at checkout.
- Delivery Timeline: Pre-ordered items will typically be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks from the order date.
While we strive to deliver all pre-orders within the stated timeframe, unexpected production or shipping delays may occasionally occur. If a delay arises, we will notify you promptly by email with an updated delivery estimate.
You will always have the option to continue waiting for your order or request a refund if the delay exceeds 30 days beyond the original timeline.
Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as full payment is collected upfront to secure your piece. If you receive your item and wish to return it, our Returns & Refund Policy applies. Please refer to that policy for eligibility and conditions.
