Shipping Rates

We deliver worldwide. The rate is determined by location and charged as a flat rate.

MALAYSIA (NATIONWIDE): RM 10 (West Malaysia) & RM 15 (East Malaysia)
SINGAPORE: RM 25 first kg + RM 10 (every additional kg)
SOUTHEAST ASIA: RM 55 first kg + RM 30 (every additional kg)
REST OF THE WORLD: RM 220 first kg + RM 30 (every additional kg)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
To enjoy Malaysia (Nationwide) Free Shipping, your order must meet the stated minimum spend requirement in a single transaction.

Please note:

  • Multiple separate orders cannot be combined to qualify for Free Shipping.
  • International shipping rates are quoted nett and do not include customs duties, import taxes, or government charges. These fees are borne by the recipient. 

 

Order Processing

All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 working days once full payment is received.
Shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Malaysia public holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order with 2mm Studio, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available in inventory but will be produced and delivered within the stated timeline.

  • Exclusive Offer: All pre-orders enjoy a 5% discount off the regular price.
  • Full Payment Required: Pre-orders must be paid in full at checkout.
  • Delivery Timeline: Pre-ordered items will typically be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks from the order date.
  • Please note that all pre-order pieces are made to order in our studio.
    Kindly allow time as each piece is prepared with care ☺

While we strive to deliver all pre-orders within the stated timeframe, unexpected production or shipping delays may occasionally occur. If a delay arises, we will notify you promptly by email with an updated delivery estimate.

You will always have the option to continue waiting for your order or request a refund if the delay exceeds 30 days beyond the original timeline. Please contact us at hello@2mmstudio.co

 

Pre-Orders & Mixed Orders

Pre-Order items require 2–3 weeks for delivery (please refer to our Pre-Order Policy).
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please place a separate order. Separate orders will each incur their own shipping fee unless they individually meet our Free Shipping terms.

 

Delivery Timeline

Local (Malaysia): Estimated 3–5 working days.
International: Estimated 7–14 working days, depending on customs clearance and courier timelines.

Please note: Delivery times may take longer during festive seasons, new collection launches, or unforeseen courier/customs delays.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
If you have an account with us, you may also view your tracking details under My Account > Orders.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is the responsibility of the courier service. 2mm Studio is not liable for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. However, we will assist you in filing a report or claim with the courier when possible.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details at checkout. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that result in failed delivery will not be refunded.

Please note: If a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the parcel.
