Shipping policy
Order Processing
All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 working days once full payment is received.
Shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Malaysia public holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Pre-Orders & Mixed Orders
Pre-Order items require 2–3 weeks for delivery (please refer to our Pre-Order Policy).
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please place a separate order. Separate orders will each incur their own shipping fee unless they individually meet our Free Shipping terms.
Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
To enjoy Free Shipping, your order must meet the stated minimum spend requirement in a single transaction.
Please note: Multiple separate orders cannot be combined to qualify for Free Shipping.
Delivery Timeline
Local (Malaysia): Estimated 3–5 working days.
International: Estimated 7–14 working days, depending on customs clearance and courier timelines.
Please note: Delivery times may take longer during festive seasons, new collection launches, or unforeseen courier/customs delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
If you have an account with us, you may also view your tracking details under My Account > Orders.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is the responsibility of the courier service. 2mm Studio is not liable for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. However, we will assist you in filing a report or claim with the courier when possible.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details at checkout. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that result in failed delivery will not be refunded.
Please note: If a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the parcel.
